I had a good experience today. I was driving by and saw a sign for a discounted synthetic oil change so I decided to try it out. I thought the service was great and even pointed out something on my car that needed attention

I had a very disappointing experience at the Goodyear store in Concord, NC. Around 1:15 p.m., I received a call from Assistant Service Manager Mark Widener, who informed me that all of my lug nuts needed to be replaced before they could install my new tires. However, after learning this was required to complete the tire installation, I decided instead to request a refund. Mark then asked me to sign the electronic keypad. I asked what I was signing, but he did not provide a clear explanation. Because I didn’t know what I was authorizing, I refused to sign. As Mark walked toward the back of the shop, he loudly said, β€œCan somebody give me a 22 gauge socket so I can show this dumb ass,” loud enough for employees and customers to hear, including Store Manager Michael Boggs. Being called a derogatory name by an employee in front of others was completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I immediately addressed both Mark Widener and Michael Boggs about the disrespectful behavior and asked to speak with a district manager. Michael Boggs refused to provide any contact information for anyone above him. I understand that vehicle repairs sometimes require additional parts or unex

I came in with a busted tire needing a new one. The store manager Michael Boggs was very helpful and found the one tire in stock. He got me in out with courteous service. Thank you!

Michael was so friendly and thorough! Did a great job with a challenging situation. Even got my inspection completed and was out the door in less time than I expected. Definitely going back!

The team installed 4 new tires that were ordered online after popping a tire on the highway. Friendly service staff took great care of my vehicle (that was filthy from the recent winter weather and where I had to pull off to replace the blown tire) and they even put the spare tire and jack back in my car’s stowing location after replacing the tires. Enjoyed friendly conversation with the store staff. Gladly recommend this location.
